The challenge
The firm paid for Microsoft 365 but nothing was managed. Documents lived inside email threads and much of it was simply unfindable.
What we built
One standard
Over 90 SharePoint sites were rebuilt under one naming, metadata and permission standard.
Work & routing
Teams and Loop for work in progress. Exchange and Outlook rules plus M365 Groups for routing mail to the right people.
Automation & insight
10 Power Automate flows, document libraries that track expiry dates, and an embedded Power BI layer.
Portals
Departmental, broker and investor portals built page by page, including an investor data room with capital-stack explainers and a three-stage deal pipeline.
The result
Documents moved out of inboxes into a governed structure that staff, brokers and investors could navigate. It became the foundation the later custom platform was built on.
