Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of retrodigitalhub.com (the "website"), operated by Retro Digital Hub. By using the website you agree to them.

Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it. You agree not to misuse it: for example by attempting to break its security, sending spam through the contact form, or copying its content or design for your own commercial use.

Project work is agreed separately

Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services at a fixed price. Every project is agreed in a separate written proposal or contract that sets out the scope, fees, timeline, ownership and support. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the project agreement applies to the project.

Quotes and enquiries

Sending the "Get a quote" form does not create a contract. We reply with questions or a proposal, and work begins only once both sides agree in writing.

Intellectual property

The website's text, design, code, graphics and logo belong to Retro Digital Hub, unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos, websites and screenshots shown in our case studies belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe work we delivered. Product names such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, QuickBooks and WordPress are trademarks of their owners.

Links to other websites

The website links to client websites and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

We keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Information on the website is general and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Retro Digital Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory law of your country gives you other rights. A project agreement may set a different governing law for that project.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: ahsanmustafa007@gmail.com.
