Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Retro Digital Hub ("we", "us") collects through retrodigitalhub.com, why, and how you can control it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
Retro Digital Hub is a web and automation studio founded by Ahsan Mustafa, based in Lahore, Pakistan and working with clients worldwide. For anything about your data, email ahsanmustafa007@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us: when you use the "Get a quote" form or email us, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to include: company, website, the services you are interested in, budget range, timeline and your message.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting. They are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
We do not ask for payment details, passwords or sensitive personal data through this website.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not build profiles of visitors. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
- To keep a record of our conversations if we work together.
We never sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your clear permission.
Legal basis (UK and EU visitors)
We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond (steps before entering a contract) and, where you tick the consent box on the form, on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in our private content management system (WordPress) on our web hosting, and in our business email. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside your country. We only use providers that apply appropriate security measures.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as needed for the project and for legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Australian Privacy Principles) and US state privacy laws such as California's, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it or delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- give you a copy in a portable format.
Email ahsanmustafa007@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your regulator: in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), in Australia the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), in the EU your local data protection authority, or in the US your state attorney general.
International transfers
We are a remote studio, so your information may be handled outside your country, including in Pakistan where our team is based, and by our hosting and email providers. We protect it in line with this policy wherever it is processed.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against spam, and access to submissions is limited to us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
